Scot’s pines can be easily distinguished by their orange colored bark on the branches and upper trunks. They have shorter needles than the White and Austrian Pine trees. Scot’s pines are more sensitive to insect and disease issues however still grow up to 60′ tall with the ability to live over 300 years.
